Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care Team will email you two items: a packing slip with a unique identifier, and shipping instructions to our US facility. Once your instruments arrive, our factory certified technicians will assess and sharpen or recondition them to manufacturer standards.

Shipping & Cost Policy

• The customer is responsible for the costs of outbound shipping to our facility.
• For repair orders — or repair orders combined with product orders — exceeding $500, return shipping of your repaired instruments is provided free of charge.

If a Product Cannot Be Repaired

Our technicians will notify you via email if an instrument cannot be repaired or reconditioned through our Dental Instrument Sharpening Service. In such circumstances, you will receive a full refund for the services not rendered, along with a 20% discount to purchase a replacement instrument. Your technician will supply the appropriate discount code directly.
