Whether you are working with a single unit or a multi-unit bridge, the Crown and Bridge Dental Bur Collection supports consistent outcomes across all major restorative materials and preparation designs. All instruments in this collection are made by Busch & Co. in Germany under ISO 13485 certification and are available in the US through DeutscheDT.com.
Clinical Use
These FG instruments are used in the high-speed handpiece for chairside crown and bridge preparation: depth orientation, occlusal and axial reduction, chamfer or shoulder margin design, interproximal slicing, and finishing of the preparation before impression or scanning. The crown cutters are used to section and remove existing crowns and bridges, and the ZIRAMANT diamonds to adjust or cut zirconia.
Care and Reconditioning
Clean, disinfect and sterilize the instruments between uses following the manufacturer instructions and the symbols on each package, and replace a bur once it loses cutting performance or shows damage. Our Dental Bur Reprocessing & Sterilization Guide covers the workflow for Busch rotary instruments; maximum speeds are in the Dental Bur Speed Chart.
