Sinus Lift Kit & Sinus Lift Instruments Sets

Sinus Lift Kit & Sinus Lift Instruments Sets

Sinus lift kits are complete Helmut Zepf instrument sets for sinus floor elevation and the bone management around it: the Kirsch sinus lift sets (No. 24.995.00 and the Small set modified by Dr. Kai Zwanzig, 24.995.00S), the Shakibaie set for microscopically guided elevation (41.847.00), the Cacaci–Syfrig internal sinus lift set (41.848.40), the straight and angulated osteotome sets (47.940.00, 47.940.01), the interchangeable-insert osteotome set (47.961.00), the Hohl/Hildebrand bone fitting set (47.949.95), and the SRC soft-tissue set by Dr. Zeltner (46.045.00OX). Every set is made in Germany and ships from our US warehouse.

Each sinus lift kit comes organized in a sterilization tray or ZEPFcare wash basket, fully autoclavable, and ready for immediate clinical use.

Clinical Use

Choose the set by approach: the Kirsch sets carry the full lateral-window sequence of elevators and curettes; the Cacaci–Syfrig set and the straight or angulated osteotome sets are for the crestal (transcrestal) approach, where the floor is lifted through the implant osteotomy; the Shakibaie set is for elevation under the microscope; the bone fitting set shapes the graft and recipient bed; and the SRC set covers the soft-tissue side of implant and recession cases. Each tray keeps the instruments in working order so nothing is missing at the chair.

Care and Reconditioning

Sets are reprocessed in their trays or ZEPFcare wash baskets — cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized between patients with the instruments seated so the fine tips do not touch — and individual components can be replaced or reconditioned without replacing the set. Our Dental Hand Instrument Reprocessing & Sterilization Guide covers the general workflow for Helmut Zepf instruments.
