How the Service Works

Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care Team will email you two items: a packing slip with a unique identifier, and shipping instructions to our US facility. Please note that this service is priced per end — if you are submitting a double-ended explorer, you must select a quantity of 2.

Pricing and Return Shipping

For repair or reconditioning orders — including orders combined with product purchases — that exceed $500, return shipping of your serviced instruments is provided at no charge. The customer remains responsible for the costs of outbound shipping to our facility.

If an Instrument Cannot Be Serviced

Our factory-certified technicians will notify you by email if an instrument cannot be sharpened, repaired, or reconditioned. In such circumstances, you will receive a full refund for the services not rendered, along with a 20% discount toward the purchase of a replacement instrument. Your technician will provide the applicable discount code directly.
