How the Service Works

Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care Team will email you two items: a packing slip with a unique identifier, and shipping instructions to our US facility. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure your instruments arrive safely and are processed without delay.

Shipping & Pricing

• For repair orders — or repair orders combined with product orders — in excess of $500, return shipping of your repaired instruments is free.
• The customer is responsible for the costs of outbound shipping to our facility.

Double-Ended Instruments

If you are submitting a double-ended instrument for this Dental Instrument Sharpening Service, you must select Quantity 2 at checkout. Each working end is treated as a separate service unit.

Factory Certified Technicians

Our factory certified technicians will evaluate each instrument upon arrival. Should a product be deemed non-repairable or unable to be reconditioned, the customer will be notified via email and will receive: (1) a full refund for the services not rendered, and (2) a 20% discount toward the purchase of a replacement instrument. Your technician will provide the appropriate discount code directly.
