All factory certified repair and reconditioning services require pre-payment. Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care Team will email you: (1) a packing slip with an identifier for your instruments, and (2) shipping instructions to our US facility. The customer is responsible for the costs of outbound shipping to our facility.

For repair orders — or repair orders combined with product orders — exceeding $500, return shipping of your reconditioned instruments is provided at no charge.
