Our factory certified repair and reconditioning services require pre-payment. Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care Team will email you (1) a packing slip with identifier and (2) shipping instructions to our US facility. The customer is responsible for the costs of outbound shipping.

For repair orders — or repair orders combined with product orders — in excess of $500, return shipping of your repaired products is free.

What Happens If Your Instrument Cannot Be Repaired?

Our factory certified technicians will notify you via email if a product cannot be repaired or reconditioned.
