Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care Team will contact you via email with two items: a packing slip with a unique identifier for your instruments, and detailed shipping instructions to our US facility. This ensures a seamless, traceable process from the moment your instruments leave your practice to the moment they are returned.

Shipping & Cost Information

For repair orders — or repair orders combined with product orders — exceeding $500, return shipping of your reconditioned instruments is provided at no charge. The customer remains responsible for the costs of outbound shipping to our facility.

What Happens If an Instrument Cannot Be Restored?

However, if a factory certified technician determines that a product cannot be repaired or reconditioned, the customer will be notified promptly by email. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund for the services not rendered, along with a 20% discount toward the purchase of a replacement instrument. The appropriate discount code will be provided directly by the technician.
