How the Service Works

All Dental Instrument Sharpening and repair services require pre-payment. Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care Team will email you: (1) a packing slip with a unique identifier, and (2) shipping instructions to our US facility. The customer is responsible for the costs of outbound shipping. For repair orders — or combined repair and product orders — exceeding $500, return shipping of your reconditioned instruments is provided at no charge.

What Happens If an Instrument Cannot Be Repaired?

Our factory certified technicians will notify you via email if a Flex Reamer or other instrument cannot be repaired or reconditioned through our Dental Instrument Sharpening service. In such circumstances, you will (1) receive a full refund for the services not rendered, and (2) a 20% discount code to purchase a replacement instrument.

• All work is performed by factory certified technicians at our US facility.
