Dental Instrument Sharpening. Our factory certified repair and reconditioning services require pre-payment. Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care Team will email you (1) a packing slip with identifier; and (2) shipping instructions to our US facility. For repair orders (or repair orders combined with product orders) in excess of $500, return shipping of your repaired products is free. Customer is responsible for the costs of outbound shipping. Our factory certified technicians will notify customer via email if a product cannot be repaired or reconditioned. In such circumstances, customer will (1) receive a refund for the services not rendered and (2) a 20% discount to purchase a replacement instrument. Our technician will provide you with the appropriate discount code.
