How the Service Works
All Dental Tool Sharpening repair and reconditioning services require pre-payment. Once your order is received, our Customer Care Team will email you two things: a packing slip with a unique identifier for your instruments, and detailed shipping instructions to our US facility.
- For repair orders — or combined repair and product orders — exceeding $500, return shipping of your reconditioned instruments is complimentary.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of outbound shipping to our facility.
- If a product cannot be repaired or reconditioned, our factory-certified technician will notify you by email. You will receive a full refund for the services not rendered, plus a 20% discount toward the purchase of a replacement instrument. Your technician will provide the applicable discount code directly.
