All Dental Tool Sharpening repair and reconditioning services require pre-payment. Once your order is received, our Customer Care Team will email you two things: a packing slip with a unique identifier for your instruments, and detailed shipping instructions to our US facility.

• For repair orders — or combined repair and product orders — exceeding $500, return shipping of your reconditioned instruments is complimentary.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of outbound shipping to our facility.
• If our technicians determine an instrument is beyond safe repair, we will contact you before proceeding to discuss replacement options or a refund of the service fee.
