How the Service Works

Our Orthodontic Instrument Sharpening and reconditioning program requires pre-payment at the time of order. Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care Team will contact you by email with two items: (1) a packing slip with a unique identifier for your instruments, and (2) shipping instructions to our US facility. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure prompt processing.

Shipping & Refund Policy

• For repair or reconditioning orders — including orders combined with product purchases — exceeding $500, return shipping of your repaired instruments is provided at no charge.
• The customer is responsible for outbound shipping costs.
• If a wire cutter or other instrument cannot be repaired or reconditioned, our factory-certified technician will notify you by email. In such cases, you will receive a full refund for services not rendered, along with a 20% discount toward the purchase of a replacement instrument. Your technician will supply the appropriate discount code.

Important Note for Double-Ended Instruments

If you are submitting a double-ended instrument for Orthodontic Instrument Sharpening, you must select Quantity 2 at checkout. Failure to do so may result in processing delays or an adjustment to your order.
