Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care Team will contact you by email with two items: (1) a packing slip with a unique identifier for your instruments, and (2) shipping instructions to our US facility. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure prompt processing.

Shipping & Refund Policy

• For repair or reconditioning orders — including orders combined with product purchases — exceeding $500, return shipping of your repaired instruments is provided at no charge.
• The customer is responsible for outbound shipping costs.
• If our technicians determine an instrument is beyond safe repair, we will contact you before proceeding to discuss replacement options or a refund of the service fee.
