Our factory certified repair and reconditioning services require pre-payment. Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care Team will email you: (1) a packing slip with identifier, and (2) shipping instructions to our US facility. Please note that this surgical curette sharpening service is priced per end — if your instrument is double-ended, you must select a quantity of 2 to cover both working ends.

Shipping & Return Policy

For repair orders — or repair orders combined with product orders — in excess of $500, return shipping of your reconditioned instruments is complimentary. The customer is responsible for the costs of outbound shipping to our facility.

Non-Repairable Instruments

Our factory certified technicians will notify you via email if a curette cannot be sharpened or reconditioned. In such circumstances, you will (1) receive a full refund for the services not rendered, and (2) a 20% discount to purchase a replacement instrument. Our technician will provide you with the appropriate discount code at that time.
