Choosing a Grit
Busch marks grit with a colored ring and a prefix on the figure number, so you can order the exact 369 you need:
-
Super Coarse (black ring): Busch No. 5369 for fast bulk removal
-
Medium (standard): Busch No. 369 for everyday preparation
Sizes and Shanks
The three-digit size code is the head diameter in tenths of a millimeter (for example, 012 = 1.2 mm).
- HP (2.35 mm shank for the straight handpiece)
See the Busch Bur Size Chart for full dimensions and the Dental Bur Speed Chart for maximum recommended speeds.
