Cassette Washbaskets & Instrument Trays

A dedicated washbasket keeps instruments organized and protected through ultrasonic cleaning, thermal disinfection, and autoclaving in a single cassette — reducing handling, cross-contamination risk, and instrument damage between patient appointments. The 1/1, 1/2, and 1/3-size ZEPF washtrays hold 5 to 16 instruments depending on size, while the fixed washbaskets are sized for 10 to 15 instruments lengthwise and crosswise, with dedicated silicone-profile versions for extraction forceps sets and rotary bur/mixing-cup combinations. Silicone lid inserts and instrument holders keep scissors, needle holders, and other hinged instruments securely positioned during processing.

Aluminum Sterilization Boxes & Filters

The aluminum sterilization boxes (available in 40 mm, 65 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, and 130 mm depths, all 310 × 190 mm footprint) provide a perforated, autoclavable container for cassette-based workflows, each supplied with two textile permanent filters. Replacement Teflon and paper indicator filters keep steam penetration and sterility indication consistent across reprocessing cycles.

Cleaning Brushes
