Flame instruments — slender, pointed heads — reach where wider shapes cannot: interproximal embrasures, gingival margins, and subgingival contours. The collection includes multi-blade carbide finishers and diamonds from coarse through extra fine.
A flame is only as good as its tip concentricity; Busch’s German grinding keeps these delicate points running true, protecting adjacent tooth structure during margin refinement.

What is a flame bur used for? Interproximal finishing, gingival margin refinement, and contouring in embrasure areas where access is tight.
Carbide or diamond flame? Carbide finishing flames leave the smoothest surface on composite and dentine; diamond flames in fine and extra fine grits excel on enamel and ceramics.
Where are these instruments made? Every instrument in this collection is manufactured by Busch & Co. in Engelskirchen, Germany — an ISO 13485-certified specialist in rotary precision instruments since 1905 — and ships fast from our US warehouse.

Love these burs! We used them in the past and then they seemed to be discontinued!
Wonderful bur for crown lengthening!
I will be purchasing again!
Thank you!

Been using similar par of Rongeurs that My father used in the 70's and they are my "GO TO" for root tips, bone snips, aggressive sub-boney broken teeth and tissue removal. Bent the tips of the old one a few years back and could not find a replacement Rongeur until I found Blumenthal sold by Deutschedt. Hands down a must in the Dental Armamentarium for aggressive Oral surgery.
Hi Jason, thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear our Blumenthal Rongeur has become your go-to tool and that it meets your high standards. We appreciate your trust and support—happy to be part of your dental armamentarium!
