How the Service Works

All Dental Instrument Sharpening Services and repair orders require pre-payment before processing begins. Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care Team will email you: (1) a packing slip with a unique identifier, and (2) shipping instructions to our US facility. The customer is responsible for outbound shipping costs. For repair orders — or combined repair and product orders — exceeding $500, return shipping of your reconditioned instruments is provided at no charge.

What Happens If an Instrument Cannot Be Repaired?

If a Flex Reamer or other instrument cannot be reconditioned through our Dental Instrument Sharpening Services, our factory-certified technicians will notify you via email. In such circumstances, you will (1) receive a full refund for services not rendered, and (2) a 20% discount code toward the purchase of a replacement instrument, provided directly by your assigned technician.

• Double-ended instruments: If you require sharpening or reconditioning for a double-ended instrument, you MUST select Quantity 2.
• All work is performed by factory-certified technicians at our US facility.
