The Langer #L 3/4 M5 Universal Curette (No. 24.208.03LM5) from Helmut Zepf GmbH is the deep-scaling version of the Langer 3/4 in a yellow-green ZEPF-bIONIK handle with exchangeable inserts. The 3 mm longer first shaft reaches into pockets deeper than 5 mm, and the shortened working end allows subgingival curettage of narrow, deep pockets and narrow root surfaces. The 0.95 mm thin, flexible first shaft gives excellent tactility on deep-lying roots.
