Clinical Use of the Langenbeck Retractor

• Flap retraction: the blunt right-angled blade holds the mucoperiosteal flap without tearing it.
• Choosing a size: narrow blades for intraoral flaps, wide and deep blades for ramus and extraoral access.
• An assistant’s instrument: the long handle keeps the assistant’s hand out of the field.

Care and Reconditioning

Zepf surgical instruments are resharpened, re-aligned and reconditioned by our sharpening and reconditioning service when the working end dulls. Clean, disinfect and sterilize between patients.

Warranty and Our Guarantee

And because an instrument can only be judged in the hand, you have 60 days to return it for any reason — even after you have used it.
