How the Service Works
Our Dental Instrument Sharpening Service requires pre-payment before any work begins. Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care Team will email you: (1) a packing slip with a unique identifier, and (2) shipping instructions to our US facility. Please note that the customer is responsible for the costs of outbound shipping.

- For repair or reconditioning orders — including orders combined with product purchases — exceeding $500, return shipping of your sharpened or repaired instruments is free.
