• This service requires pre-payment at the time of ordering.
• Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care Team will email you a packing slip with a unique identifier and detailed shipping instructions to our US facility.
• For repair orders — or repair orders combined with product orders — in excess of $500, return shipping of your repaired instruments is provided free of charge.
• The customer is responsible for the costs of outbound shipping to our facility.

If Your Instrument Cannot Be Repaired

If our technicians determine an instrument is beyond safe repair, we will contact you before proceeding to discuss replacement options or a refund of the service fee.
