Surgical Tissue Forceps - Stainless - Sharpening NOTE: If seeking services for a double ended instrument, you MUST select Quantity 2.
Our Dental Instrument Sharpening Service is a factory certified solution designed to restore surgical tissue forceps — stainless steel — to their original cutting and gripping performance. Entrust your instruments to our qualified technicians and extend the working life of your precision dental tools.
How the Service Works
Our repair and reconditioning services require pre-payment. Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care Team will email you two items: a packing slip with a unique identifier, and shipping instructions to our US facility. Once your instruments arrive, our factory certified technicians will assess, sharpen, and recondition them to the highest standard.
Shipping & Cost Policy
- Customer is responsible for the costs of outbound shipping to our facility.
- For repair orders — or repair orders combined with product orders — in excess of $500, return shipping of your reconditioned instruments is provided free of charge.
If a Product Cannot Be Repaired
Our technicians will notify you via email if an instrument cannot be repaired or reconditioned under this Dental Instrument Sharpening Service. In such circumstances, you will receive a full refund for the services not rendered, along with a 20% discount code to purchase a replacement instrument.
Important Note for Double-Ended Instruments
If you are seeking this Dental Instrument Sharpening Service for a double-ended instrument, you must select Quantity 2 at checkout to ensure both working ends are serviced correctly.
