How the Service Works
Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care Team will email you two items: a packing slip with a unique identifier for your instruments, and detailed shipping instructions to our US facility. Once received, our factory-certified technicians will carefully sharpen and recondition your instruments to manufacturer standards.

Shipping & Pricing
- The customer is responsible for the costs of outbound shipping to our facility.
- For repair or reconditioning orders — including orders combined with product purchases — exceeding $500, return shipping of your serviced instruments is free of charge.
