Which Apexo Apical Elevator Do You Need?

Clinical Use of the Apexo Apical Elevator

• Root tip retrieval: the #301 straight and the angled #302/#303 follow the socket wall to the apex and engage the fragment from below.
• Paired left and right: the #190 and #191 are mirror images for mesial and distal access in the posterior segments.
• Technique: light pressure, a finger rest on bone, and rotation rather than leverage; the tips are fine and are not for luxating whole teeth.

Care and Reconditioning

Zepf surgical instruments are resharpened, re-aligned and reconditioned by our sharpening and reconditioning service when the working end dulls. Clean, disinfect and sterilize between patients.

Warranty and Our Guarantee

And because an instrument can only be judged in the hand, you have 60 days to return it for any reason — even after you have used it.
