• General supragingival use with blunt tips that reduce the risk of tissue trauma.
• Supragingival only: the pointed tip is not adapted to root surfaces; follow with a curette for subgingival work.
• Stroke: short pull strokes with the blade adapted to the tooth, working from the interproximal contact toward the facial or lingual surface.
