Pack of 6. Busch No. 33L 010 – FG (US No. 700L) is the friction-grip edition of the crosscut carbide tapered fissure (cone) long bur, with a 1.0 mm (ISO 010) head on an FG shank for high-speed turbine handpieces. Manufactured in Germany by Busch & Co. GmbH, it is the clinical, chairside counterpart to the laboratory-oriented 33L 010 HP.

Why choose the FG version

Friction-grip shanks are typically run in air-turbine or electric high-speed handpieces with water spray, which is where a long crosscut tapered fissure bur earns its keep: opening and extending cavity outlines, defining fissures and establishing tapered walls in enamel and dentine. If your work is at the laboratory bench with a straight handpiece rather than at the chair, the HP version carries the same 700L head on an HP shank.

Also available: No. 33L 010 – HP.
