How the Service Works

Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care Team will send you two items via email: a packing slip with a unique identifier for your instrument, and detailed shipping instructions to our US facility. Simply follow those instructions to send in your scissors for professional reconditioning.

Shipping & Return Policy

  • For repair orders — or repair orders combined with product orders — exceeding $500, return shipping of your reconditioned instruments is complimentary.
  • The customer is responsible for the costs of outbound shipping to our facility.

Double-Ended Instruments
