All repair and reconditioning services require pre-payment. Upon receipt of your order, our Customer Care Team will contact you via email with: (1) a packing slip with a unique identifier for your instruments, and (2) detailed shipping instructions to our US facility.

• Pricing: Services are priced per end. If your instrument is double-ended, you must select Quantity 2 to cover both tips.
• Shipping: The customer is responsible for outbound shipping costs. For repair orders (or repair orders combined with product orders) exceeding $500, return shipping of your reconditioned instruments is complimentary.
• Non-Repairable Instruments: If a technician determines that an instrument cannot be repaired or reconditioned, you will receive (1) a full refund for the services not rendered, and (2) a 20% discount toward a replacement instrument. Your technician will provide the applicable discount code directly via email.
