Protection During Retraction
Retracting with a finger gives excellent tactile control of soft tissue, but exposes the finger to rotating instruments. The finger protector keeps that control while placing smooth stainless steel between the finger and the operating field.
Simple and Reusable
The protector is made in Germany by Helmut Zepf from polished stainless steel and can be cleaned and sterilised with your surgical instruments. Helmut Zepf classifies it as not a medical device.
