Clinical Use
Per the product titles, the #57 sits on a standard handle with thumb rest and the #69 on the ZEPF Carpal handle, both with a 4 mm bayonet-shaped working end.
- Posterior access: the offset lets the working end sit in a molar socket while the hand stays outside the line of the arch.
