Clinical Use

The instruments in this collection are used in the dental laboratory to contour, finish and polish veneers, ceramic and composite restorations: unmounted wheels and mounted abrasives for contouring, ceramic and composite diamond polishers for pre-polishing and high gloss, and brushes, buffs and diamond paste for the final lustre. Most items run in the HP (straight) laboratory handpiece; the RA items fit the contra-angle.

Care and Reconditioning

Clean, disinfect and sterilize the abrasives, polishers and brushes between uses following the manufacturer instructions, and replace an instrument once it loses cutting or polishing performance or shows damage.
