About Dr. Rolf Vollmer
Dr. Rolf Vollmer was born on September 27, 1952, and initially studied physics and biology at Mainz before completing his dental degree and earning his doctorate in 1977. In 1978, he established his own dental practice in Wissen, where he continues to provide patient care while advancing clinical standards in implantology.
Over his career, Dr. Vollmer has become a leading figure in dental implantology, serving as First Vice-President and Treasurer of the German Society of Dental Implantology (DGZI). He is a founding member of the DGZI Studiengruppe Nordrhein and maintains active involvement in professional societies including DGZMK, AAID, BDO, and AO, reflecting his commitment to both national and global dental communities.
