Clinical Use

Osteotome sets are used for crestal sinus floor elevation, ridge expansion, bone condensation and implant site preparation: the osteotomes are advanced in graduated diameters until the planned implant diameter is reached, condensing and expanding bone rather than drilling it away.

Care and Reconditioning

Clean, disinfect and sterilize the instruments between patients in their wash basket or tray, following the manufacturer's instructions and the symbols on the package, and inspect the working tips and connections before each use.
