Busch Carbide Bone Taper (Cone) Pointed Cutter | Busch No. 162A 016 – RA-L | Pack of 2
Busch No. 162A 016 – RA-L combines the 162A A-Cut, low-vibration taper (cone) pointed carbide head (1.6 mm, ISO 016) with a long latch-type shank. This is the RA-L reference to choose when the standard 162A 016 RA does not reach far enough from a slow-speed contra-angle handpiece. Supplied as a pack of 2 and manufactured in Germany by Busch & Co. GmbH.
Why choose the RA-L version
The additional shank length typically improves access to posterior and deep surgical sites — impacted third-molar sockets, distal osteotomies or apical regions — while keeping the handpiece head out of the line of sight. It runs in the same latch contra-angle at low speed as the standard RA; only the working length changes, so the low-vibration A-Cut behaviour of the 1.6 mm head is retained.
Also available: No. 162A 016 – HP, No. 162 016 – RA, No. 162A 016 – FG, No. 162A 016 – RA, No. 162 016 – RA-L.
