The Screwdriver Handle with Extension from Helmut Zepf GmbH (item no. 47.502.10) is the RA-Hex driver for the Pi-Series osteotome inserts. Its shock-absorbing coupling lets the same handle be used for both screwing and hammering: screw-osteotome inserts (47.937.05, .10, .11) are advanced by rotation, while osteotome inserts (47.937.12–.14) can be tapped with a mallet. The extension gives reach in the posterior maxilla.
