This Onyx-coated replacement insert is one of the two working ends for the Helmut Zepf bIONIK Universal Raspatory, Sinus 0, 24.747.03OX — the slim, 90°-bent periosteal blade used for the first dissection of sinus mucosa before mobilization with the blunt elevator. The ONYX coating gives a very hard, impact-resistant, non-reflective black surface with excellent sliding properties; cutting edges stay sharp far longer and re-sharpening is no longer required.
