Dental Finishing Burs by Busch are precision-engineered rotary instruments designed to refine, contour, and polish restorations to exacting clinical standards. Whether you are working with composite, ceramic, amalgam, or metal alloys, these burs deliver the consistent cutting performance and smooth surface quality that modern dental practices demand.
Busch has been manufacturing high-quality rotary dental instruments for over a century, earning a reputation for reliability and precision among dental professionals worldwide. Their Dental Finishing Burs are produced to strict tolerances, ensuring true concentricity, balanced rotation, and long-lasting cutting edges. The result is a predictable, controlled finish on every restoration — reducing chair time and improving patient outcomes.
Dental Finishing Burs from Busch are ideal for final contouring of direct and indirect restorations, occlusal adjustment, margin refinement, and pre-polishing surface preparation. Their versatility makes them a valuable addition to any restorative or prosthodontic workflow, from chair-side composite finishing to laboratory alloy work.

What materials are Busch Dental Finishing Burs compatible with? They are suitable for composite resins, ceramics, amalgam, and metal alloys, making them highly versatile across restorative procedures.
Are these burs compatible with standard handpieces? Yes, Busch Dental Finishing Burs are designed to fit standard high-speed and low-speed dental handpieces with industry-standard shank sizes.
How do I select the right bur shape for my procedure? Shape selection depends on the restoration type and access requirements. Flame and tapered shapes suit margin finishing, while cylinder and bullet shapes are preferred for flat-surface contouring and occlusal refinement.

Been using similar par of Rongeurs that My father used in the 70's and they are my "GO TO" for root tips, bone snips, aggressive sub-boney broken teeth and tissue removal. Bent the tips of the old one a few years back and could not find a replacement Rongeur until I found Blumenthal sold by Deutschedt. Hands down a must in the Dental Armamentarium for aggressive Oral surgery.
Hi Jason, thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear our Blumenthal Rongeur has become your go-to tool and that it meets your high standards. We appreciate your trust and support—happy to be part of your dental armamentarium!
