Axial Luxation Elevator (Luxator)
The Axial luxation elevator is made for luxating a root along its own long axis. The collection holds straight and curved 3 and 5 mm working ends (#1 to #4) on the standard thumb-rest handle, plus straight 2.5 and 5.0 mm versions on the Heidbrink mini handle. Clinical Use
- Straight #1 and #2: for roots the elevator can approach in line with the socket.
- Curved #3 and #4: for posterior roots approached around the arch.
- Heidbrink mini handle: straight 2.5 mm and 5.0 mm working ends on the smaller Heidbrink mini handle.
Care and Reconditioning
Zepf surgical instruments are resharpened, re-aligned and reconditioned by our sharpening and reconditioning service when the working end dulls. Clean, disinfect and sterilize between patients.
